Retained
This would probably be the most inexpensive option for ongoing support, advice, guidance and practical help, because it will save you having to appoint an HR manager or paying costly legal, accountancy or training fees. You pay an amount each month, based on your needs and the number of your employees. We would be at the end of a phone so that you can have immediate help with any employment or financial issue that may arise.
Project
You can opt to engage us on a job-by-job basis, which would be priced according to your particular needs at a given time, but obviously this would not include ongoing support, advice, guidance, and the provision of new contracts / accounts, etc. each time you appoint a new staff member or have a problem with which we can help you.
